Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

We strive to display product details as accurately as possible. All product images are captured using iPhone or
professional cameras in natural daylight. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting differences.
As our jewellery uses natural handcrafted stones, variations in size, shape, and minor colour differences are natural characteristics. Each piece is unique, and such variations are not considered defects.
