Return & Refund Policy

At Leeia, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Our team conducts a thorough multi-point quality check before your jewellery begins its journey to you.

As our pieces are handcrafted and personal in nature, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

However, your satisfaction truly matters to us and if something isn’t right, we’re always here to help and find
the best possible solution. 

Returns

  • We accept returns or exchanges only in case the product is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item has been shipped (which is
    extremely rare, but we understand human errors can happen).
  • As our jewellery is made using natural, handcrafted stones, slight variations in size, shape, and colour are natural and make each
    piece unique. These differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Once the jewellery has been delivered, any damage or breakage caused thereafter will not be our responsibility. However, if the piece is repairable, you may courier it to us (courier charges to be borne by the customer), and we’ll be happy to assist after confirming feasibility.
  • To request a return, please email us at leeiajewellery15@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and a clear, unedited unboxing video. The video must show the package being opened and the defect clearly visible. Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for return. 
  • Replacement/ Exchange orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

How does the return/exchange process work?

  • Once we receive your return or exchange request, our team will carefully review it and confirm eligibility.
  • If approved, the product must be returned in the same condition as received unworn and in its original packaging. The item must
    be shipped to the address shared by us within 48 hours of approval.
  • After we receive the product, our team will inspect it for the reported issue and guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth
    process. Kindly follow the instructions provided to ensure the jewellery is securely packed and dispatched.
  • If the return is validated, we will replace the item with a new piece. In case the product is out of stock, you may choose another item from our collection. 

Please note: We do not offer refunds
or store credit.

What if I have to cancel my order?

  • We follow a no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We maintain strict quality control to minimise the need for returns or exchanges. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we’re always committed to assisting you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The Following Do Not Qualify for Exchange

• Packages lost in transit when sent back by the customer

• Packages refused by the recipient

• Products returned in used or damaged condition

• Returns due to size issues (please check the size guide carefully before purchasing)

• Incorrect delivery address or failed delivery attempts (twice) / unreachable on courier calls resulting in the package being returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.

• Jewellery that is not faulty or damaged

• Minor variations in colour or design (as each piece is handcrafted and unique)
